"EYES OF ALASKA" - Bald Eagle in Alaska, 2023. 250 Limited Edition
The Alaskan Eagles tour is one of my favorite tours to have been involved with over the past several years. It's always a great trip, that includes a lot of takeoff, flight, and portraits of bald eagles in one of the majestic places in Alaska. This year was no exception! Even with losing a day to high winds, the last day was one of the best days I have experienced there to date. We were covered up with eagles as the weather turned from beautiful blue skies to a dark and dreary snow storm.
This portrait was taken as the weather started to move in, right before we had to leave the remote beach before winds and storms picked up again. It got to a point that I just sat on the beach, taking it all in as we were surrounded by nearly 30 eagles. This print is stunning on acrylic or canvas, and can be printed up to 72 inches wide.
